Winco Window Company is Hiring an Apartment Manager (Columbia) Near Columbia, IL
- Leasing units; scheduling showings, walking through with prospective tenants, running background and credit checks, filling out paper work
-processing of rental payments, maintaining of resident ledgers, move-ins & move-outs
-processing of vendor invoices
-works with lease renewals each month.
-maintains awareness of local market conditions and trends. Contributes ideas for marketing community and improving resident satisfaction
-creation of maintenance tickets
-coordination of apartment turns and move in dates
-communications with tenants
-coordination of capital projects
-rebidding outside venders and suppliers
-Software knowledge in One-Site Accounting & Leasing and Rents is preferred
Compensation starting from $18 - $27 per hour dependent of experience and skills.
- One week Vacation after 6 months
- Two weeks Vacation after 1 year
- Bonus incentives available
